hadnt even consideered that into my thought process. I assume markets closed on thursday and then ope a half day on fri. Is this correct or are they closed both days?

if so a high on wed the 27th would allow folks to stare at it for 4 days before the slaughter starts in earnest.

spx and dow have already hit new interday lows, nas the ever stud has not yet.
