There is no consensus on wrongs except in the singular case of your issue. What you propose is a can of worms. That should be obvious and I think it is to most of the parties. Even if there were such a consensus the wrongs that you speak of are largely between individuals and have little baring on the community at large and so there would be little point except some grandoise effort to appease you. I don't see the justification in that. The most we can realistically hope for, since reconciliation is not even under consideration by most, is a general cease fire and a going of separate ways, which has been initiated.
