And the US is doing that, including the invasion of Aghan with the Northern Alliance out front. The money part is very difficult. My understanding is that the US has been able to freeze only a small % of the funds of al qeada or those which they have access to.

But I dont think bin laden and al qeada care much about the palestinians, other than "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." They're much more concerned about the US presence in Saudi Arabia, most of which they see as sacred lands.

I would say we should get out of SA. Whatever it is we get from them by having personnel there, it's not worth it.
