who cares?, I see that you and "yeah_right3" on RB both posted a selected excerpt from the 8K within one minute of eachother. I also notice that neither one of you even bothered to mention the Nov.1 filing by the lender, when it came out, even though it concerned the very same consolidated debenture. What a coincidence.
