"I would say we should get out of SA" That is something that should at least be considered. Instead, we seem to be going in the opposite direction in Iraq and the rest of the region. I do not think we are in the region for noble humanitaian reasons. I think we are in the region because of oil and to a lesser extent because of Israel. Nobody has reason to doubt why we went into Afghanistan. But nor should we delude oursleves into thinking that we will do much for these people once we have removed the security threat.
