I checked w Mr F. He says it does not seem to be prior art w respect to this patent. I think my explanation is still valid that I posted earlier today.

BUT: Next week's Business Week, that is now avail on line thru AOL has a very negative and unfair article to GIFT.

Bottom line: Patent will be validated, at least w respect to most of its important claims, so we will "win the war". BUT, the Bus WEEK article throws some low blows with a total slant against GIFT. Until the truth is sorted from the fiction and put into perspective, things are not good very short term. Mel
