I almost forgot to ask you.

As an investment professional have you been hedging your positions (DIA, SPY, QQQ, PPH) by selling calls on rallies or buying puts?

I'm surprised to see some Silicon Valley friends whose eggs are mostly in one basket (company stock &/options) and no one teaches them how to hedge. Options are too "complicated" for the average busy SV worker.
