...this may work OK for people retiring today, when housing demand is high. but what about in 15 years when the baby boomers are retiring en masse? who will they all sell their houses to?... I believe this to be a common mistake. The so called baby boomers are more apt to stay in their current home than to sell and move. Not easy picking up and leaving a life time of friends and family.
