Shape, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We had a power outage since Sat. night due to ice. There's a graveyard of fallen trees and branches all over this area. It looks like a tornado swept through. I am sure that Ditch is buried in snow. I am not up to date on GTW or SUNW, but if you're looking for a quick pop, that's Ken's dept. SUNW is the cover story of this week's BizWeek, btw. Refinancing at a lower rate is essentially what Ford is doing, along with cutting debt and reducing expenditures and workforce in an effort to improve their fundamental picture.
