I don't know it as a fact. It is highly likely, however.

The startup period isn't "indefinite". As was mentioned in the link concerning the S&P cut, the company is executing perfectly according to plan and there is no reason to expect that it will do otherwise.

If they were performing, for example, like SIRI, it would be a different thing, and in fact, SIRI will ultimately be acquired and the shareholders MAY lose out. There is really no reason to expect that XM is anything other than a HUGE winner a few years down the road.
