Minorities can get away with anything because Canada protects uniqueness. The Indian culture for the most part is invented from old Hollywood movies and the French culture is not really a cultural difference but a language preference. Both scream uniqueness and get preferential treatment. Islam has a strong and more unique cultural identity than either the French or Indian could ever claim so their rights will be as protected no matter what vilification the Koran advocates. No court in Canada would prosecute a Moslem for promoting hatred via the Koran because they're a minority. You would be admonished by any court in Canada for suggesting or promoting a characterization based on culture or religion. The smallest minority on earth is the individual.
