Leading Food and Facilities Management Services Company, Sodexho, Signs Merchant Processing Agreement with National Processing Company

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Processing Company (NPC®), a leading provider of merchant credit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing agreement with Sodexho (NYSE: SDX - News). Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will provide authorization and settlement services for MasterCard® and Visa® transactions accepted at locations corporately owned or operated.

Sodexho is the leading food and facilities management services company in North America. Sodexho employees work to improve the quality of daily life for clients and customers by offering a full range of outsourcing solutions to the corporate, healthcare and education markets. These solutions include food services, housekeeping, grounds keeping, plant operations and maintenance and integrated facilities management.
