PCS Vision v. Express Network

I continue my search for a 1xrtt, GPSOne, BREW-enabled camera/phone (preferably with very long battery life). Also, looking for all you can eat data plan that cost around $40/month! I don't think that is too much to ask.

Currently VZ customer. But VZ is showing no signs of dropping its price for the Express Network (or even doing much with the Express Network). The Verizon customer service people are still pretty clueless on what the Express Network is; that is not a good sign. I would reluctantly leave VZ.

Thinking of moving to the non-BREW enabled Sprint PCS Vision. Any thoughts from the crowd and whether it might be worth it to wait for VZ to get its act together? It just seems goofy that VZ has failed to compete with VZ in terms of phones, price, and network.
