Slacker. This is D,E Band Spectrum. Basically (left over) spectrum in the 1900 Mhz Band that Anatel has been trying to get rid of. This same spectrum was up for bids earlier this year, but no one showed up due to minimum prices payment terms. Under the new auction. Payment terms were increased to 8 years.

When/If Vesper receives the Sao Paulo license. They are then able to sell Mobility Services.
