I'm so grateful to Zellers. Club Z points probably turned the tide, because ten years ago zee was really creeping in. Now it's very rare to hear a Canadian say zee. And kids are now marked wrong on spelling tests for 'color' or 'labor', which were accepted in my day. Who says we can't triumph at the level of the trivial!
