My assumption is wave 1 up ends I think on 21 October and everything since then is part of wave 2. Alternatively you could have that as wave 1 then wave 3 peaking Nov 4 and then wave 4 and 5 ending on Nov 15 which means 2 down would have just started. Unfortunately that count overlaps. I really can't see how a count that ends with 5 on Nov 4 could work...
