Maurice, You sit there in a remote corner and read some tid bits here and there, and voice opinion about everything in the world without even having an itoa of what you are talking. Do you have problem understanding obvious things? It is not central planner as in Kremlin. It is "economic policymakers". Who are those "economic policymakers" in USA? Isn't Al part of this gang? Talking of Al, the greatest liar, international crook and bureaucratic leech. This guy changes his color often enough to stick to this job. He is an example: when Bush Jr. started talking about tax cut he said that surplus should be directed towards debt reduction. Bush hinted that he may get rid of him and replace with some one else. Within no time he changed his color and started supporting tax cut. -Karun
