I have heard an alarming number of pundits on CNBC in the last week pronounce that "the worst is over". I think all the market is telling us is that a large number of institutions are betting that we're out of the woods.

It's starting to feel like there's going to be another major leg down. It wouldn't take much of a catalyst. Maybe an inflation scare? What if dollar plunges and the PPI and CPI appear to be take off?
