just want to point out that Citibank is offering 0% APR on balance transfers until JAN 2004, with NO transfer fee. It is being offered directly by CitiBank and indirectly through the AT&T Universal card.

I applied for and got the card with a credit line in line with my existing cards. I transferred the balances and threw away the card - I am certainly not going to make any purchases for the next year.
