Inre the selling of shares by Dr. J and Thornley - I'll admit that it probably isn't indicative of an immediate pop in the stock price (presumably they would have held if they expected a pop in the next 6 months). But in this post-Enron world it is also indicative that they see no disaster on the horizon since to sell significant quantities even a year before disaster is an invitation to spend a lot of time in court if not jail.

BTW - No one seems to be mentioning the fact that even for Thornley, this is only a small portion of his total holding. The last proxy statement had him with 1.27M shares (including options).
