Last I heard, she was to respond to an SEC "Wells" notice. IMO, it will likely be hard for the SEC to stick any insider trading charges on her, but obstruction of justice charges are more probable. She's damaged goods in the mainstream public eye (for now), but unfortunately, the public eye forgets rather quickly.
