I agree. I mentioned that a month or two ago here.. It could very easily make the Balkans look like a Sunday school love-in. With all the tribes, sects, princes and paupers ready to fill a vacuum, it is a very combustible can of worms..

It looks like nation building to me which Bush said in his campaign, he would NOT engage in as I remember it. IMO, a change of a regime from the OUTSIDE is building a new government, a nation, even if the physical boundaries stay the same, which I would doubt in this case.
