CZZ Canadian Royalties financing pumped up to $9-million 2002-11-19 13:55 PT - News Release Mr. Glenn Mullan reports PRIVATE PLACEMENT WITH DUNDEE SECURITIES CORPORATION INCREASE ... Canadian Royalties has agreed to increase the private placement financing with Dundee Securities Corp. acting as agent (see Stockwatch news dated Nov. 18, 2002) from $8.5-million to $9-million by the issuance of an additional: 140,000 units at a price of $2.50 per unit on a best-efforts basis resulting in additional proceeds of $350,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one warrant. Each full warrant will be exercisable into one common share of the corporation for a period of 24 months at a price of $3.25; and (and and and I forgot my password LOL)
