It wasn't "thanks" to me, it is info procured from Equifax, the same source Mann's info was procured from, if it is not correct, why don't you complain to them? My guess it is true, if it were me I'd be on it like white on rice.

As for free-lance autopsy work, yes dear, another topic you know nothing about yet play the drool-case with your lemmings. You have never heard of residents who moonlight in ER's? Every speciality which is contracted to a hospital is severly burdened by administrative constraints, it is more cost effective to have a PA, or MD perform the post, especially if your hospital only does say 20-50/yr, than to hire another associate pathologist or PA.

You really are stupid Shell, hands down stupid.

God help us...

"BUT i PERFORMED APPROX. 20 autopsies a year. I also free-lanced quite a bit."

Sorry, I really can't stop laughing. And Pugs: stop trying to fool people: you are NOT a "foreign MD", or an MD of any kind. Real doctors may have bad handwriting, but they're not subliterate, as you most definitely are.

OK Janice, because your diligence is so weak, I'll help you again....

A PA is one of two things, a foreign MD or a graduate of a PA program in the states, I studied in france.

A PA does physicians work, but cannot sign out the case, meaning, the attending physicians signs it out. In my case I performed, in my training, approx. 300 autopsies a year, in practice, my specialty waS SURGICAL PATHOLOGY, BUT i PERFORMED APPROX. 20 autopsies a year. I also free-lanced quite a bit. You will find foregn MD's working as PA until they get into a residency program, I opened a gym. So you see Shell, you're wrong again, I performed the autopsy and the attending, who is legally responsible, reviews my work and signs out the case.
A cardiac PA, for example, doing a by-pass, will procure the femoral artery, open, close and suture. We don't clean floors, though I mop them everyday here at Pug's.
You really don't "get it" , do you? Everyone is on to you.
I can also assure you Shell, the patient was very dead before I performed the autopsy.
