Kent,

Decent size blocks considering outstanding# of shares. You're probably aware of the SI article on SFLX & AFLX,anyway heres a small excerpt.
"Several issues regarding Smartflex stock. There is only about 3M shares in the float. TDK obtained about 20% of the shares
when they bought a company allied with Smartflex. Later they sold the company, so now they hold the shares for investment
purposes only. If the shares should appreciate significantly from current levels, TDK will probably sell these shares. The
bid/ask on this stock is usually quite wide because of the small float. Finally, the retiring CFO, Al Castleman, has been
accessible to the individual shareholder, and the Smartflex threads contains summaries of his comments. Al recently used cash
to purchase 10,000 shares in May at 12 (no incentive option involved)."

Regards,

Mike.
