What are the economics of the oil sands in the year 2002.

I'll post any answer I receive.

(I'm not long either of ECA or CED yet....waiting for a bullish chart pattern to evolve. Also, I read that ECA has hedged against short term fluctuations in Nat Gas and Crude Oil Prices, and I presume will continue to do so until prices stabilize.)

What type of envirnoment would be best for North American businesses this year? Stable Oil/nat Gas prices and Stable interest rates. The operative word here is stability.

Try doing a 5 year financial plan when these two key variables are in a constant state of flux. No wonder CEO's say they have low visibility going forward.
