Boy, Dwight, you sure are the cynic today. I don't think so--he sounds like he knows what he's talking about and he's far from the only one I've heard give that description. This company really has got to get a grip, some kind of direction, before it's too late--it still has time to get out the marketing and the products that people want. Remember National Lumber and Home Depot: Nat'l was the biggie when HD started up. Nat'l was complacent and didn't care about what the customers had to say. HD came in with good customer service and they LISTENED. Nat'l noticed its business was drying up and tried to copy HD but, alas, it was too late--I made one last trip to National to load up on hardware and lumber at 90% off and now I happily shop at Home Depot. I hope Novell doesn't turn into National Lumber. :)
