Exactly...rather then trying to guess tops and bottoms and risk losing out on rallies and chances to buy the dips, I have chosen to stay about 50% cash and buy the dips...let the prices come down to me..if they do, great, I'll buy on the cheap...if we keep rising, I have plenty of stock and will let cash sit until opportunity arises...no hurry, no stress.....I must admitt I am hoping for a nice dip so I can grab some dell, qcom, intc, csco, atml, extr and etc....
