Hi Jim,

Read Autumn's response to your post - quite a list. Too bad there's not enough cash to play 'em all.

Real estate here in the Antelope Valley (about 70 miles north of L.A. in the high desert) is still going down. It was just reported yesterday that foreclosures increased another 29% during the 1st half of '97. Our valley has a population of about 300,000. I believe it has 75% of the HUD repo's in the country - yes in the entire U.S! So housing here is still in bad shape - it's hard to compete against repo sales.

It was reported today that personal bankruptcies for California rose 9.4% for the 1st quarter of '97. Hopefully, this 'robust' economy will come our way.

To profitable trades,
kw.
