<<<Just to let you know, Pluvia (Steve) is also Tight Fiiv on AOL, and is misrepresenting himself when he says >>>
Barb,
Really now, I think we both know that nothing was miss-represented -- if it was please point it out.
Instead of attacking me personally why don't you argue the issue at hand? Your response and your weak arguments remind me of an investor who is too emotionally involved with their investments to be objective.
Unlike Barb, I own 4 ILT whitening lasers installed in several dental practices and have used them to whiten for about a year now. As a result I keep up to date on the laser market in general.
It is clear to anyone who knows the laser business, which would exclude you Barb, that Premier has an outdated line of equipment and rests all hopes on trying to hype their stock to raise money through the exercise of additional warrants. Problem is -- all they have to hype is the dental drill -- a piece of equipment which ADLI claims infringes their patent.
In addition to the patent problem, every dentist I have spoken to about the dental drill agrees they could never increase their volume enough to recapture the 37k cost of the equipment, and the one dentist I know who has used the equipment says it has limited utility and is not painless.
As is normally the case the PLSIA bulls won't argue an opposing opinion, but instead attack the person behind the opinion.
Shame on you Barb. SHAME SHAME SHAME.
You have zero experience with lasers and chose to ignore the overwhelming number of dentists who claim the dental drill is a joke, and instead make personal attacks on those who do. Typical rookie investor response.
Try to argue the issues Barb. We can start with Premier's major source of income last year <approx. 3.5 of last years 5.5 million in revenue>, curing and whitening lasers. ILT has a new curing laser that is less expensive and much more powerful than Premier -- expect premier curing sales to drop significantly likely down to about zero. Next, whitening lasers -- ILT was issued a patent earlier this month for laser whitening that should exclude PLSIA from this market entirely. Next, Optical lasers -- BEAM's new approval should date and destroy any sales PLSIA has in this category with a significantly superior procedure.
Which leaves only one real last hope -- the dental drill -- a long shot at best. Besides the potential infringment of ADLI's patents, the opinion of all dentists I have spoken to is unanimous -- that it will be a major failure, which would put it in line with EVERY other product this company has ever sold. EVERY ONE!!!!!!!! I suggest anyone invested in this company read the K's and Q's carefully.
Perhaps Barb you could give me ONE product that the company has ever sold which was ever profitable as a profit center? The only thing that came close was the curing/whitening systems and you can figure that business is history.
I challenge you to respond to this question Barb and -- stick to this issue without making personal attacks.
Cheers Steve |
