It will be interesting to see what FERC decides to do. "Some estimate that consumers have benefited by more than $100 billion as a result of these actions" Who estimates and how? Trading accounts for $750 million profits for ElPaso last year only to see it drop to a $150 million Loss last quarter. Do safety concerns make round-trip trades by Williams and El Paso morally and legally acceptable?
