I wonder if there are actually any remaining outstanding charges against Anthony@: <Mr. Elgindy is currently charged with insider trading to short issues of companies in collusion with other parties as well as market manipulation, extortion, obstruction of justice and racketeering, according to complaint #2001R02074 filed in a United States District Court in New York last May .... his trial, scheduled to begin in the spring of 2003.> > That's ridiculous to leave things so long. Leaving people hanging in limbo like that is unreasonable. If they are not guilty, it's unfair to leave such a thing hanging over them. It creates opportunity for malicious and vindictive prosecution. If they are guilty, have a trial immediately or soon after, take them out and hang them. If they are innocent, they can get rid of the spectre. A free society shouldn't leave people in limbo like that. Mqurice
