I wonder if there are actually any remaining outstanding charges against Anthony@:

That's ridiculous to leave things so long. Leaving people hanging in limbo like that is unreasonable. If they are not guilty, it's unfair to leave such a thing hanging over them. It creates opportunity for malicious and vindictive prosecution.

If they are guilty, have a trial immediately or soon after, take them out and hang them. If they are innocent, they can get rid of the spectre. A free society shouldn't leave people in limbo like that.
