Well I know you don't agree with that statement.


Well, hopefully it was tongue in cheek. But it does, I think reflect a sentiment that Canada needs to get on board. I don't want to bomb them, but I damned sure think they ought to be supporting the hell out of what we're doing -- because they could be next. Furthermore, I think there is every indication that their lack of engagement in trying to control terrorism is part of the problem.

I wonder how many of these countries that aren't supporting us would change their tunes if THEY were facing the deaths and destruction WE did on 9/11.

Americans OUGHT to be offended. Of course, with the likes of Al Gore & Hillary Clinton running around, someone could make the point that we ought to clean up our OWN house before we starting criticizing our neighbors to the north -- a point that I would be hard pressed to argue. I suppose, by that logic, Gore, Hillary, Bonior, Daschle & McDermott are the more immediate problems.
