Hi Andy - There was a large option trade today on the Dec 5 Puts (LSIXA). Just over 13,000 contracts which represents new open interest. It looks like some institution bought these with the specialist having to take the other side as the last price was higher (even with the stock increase today).

I expect to see some significant expansion in the open interest in the the DEC calls or some equivalent open interest expansion in the Dec$7.5 puts (ie straddle)in the next few days. This way the specialist can hedge his large Put position sale. Otherwise, some insider expects some bad news for LSI coming down in the next few weeks.
