Thanks. Just thought that you may have known something new. It would not surprise me that Tony's lawyer (based upon his high profile client list) would need time to get around to this thing. I once had a suit filed that the opposing attorney received so many stays that when the court date came around I hardly remembered what it was about. But, then again, I have been having "senior moments" since my thirties. Stay in the black.
