Hey, KC haven't we seen this movie before? Lots of hard deadlines, which Israel will be expected to observe. Arafat will wring his hands and proclaim it's not his fault the terrorism hasn't stopped, he has no control over anything. It's so much easier when you dozens of different organizations of varying degrees of deniability doing your bidding, than when you run a legitimate state and have to take responsibility. And EU monitors would be perfect! they would notice all IDF actions scrupulously, I'm sure. Terrorism is not so easy to spot, that's too bad.
