So you're saying: JFK wanted to secure oil rights for his rich friends and classmates (prep school chums, and friends from Harvard and Yale) - wanted it bad enough to publicly confirm his belief on the domino theory and sanction the killing of South Vietnam's President.

I do not agree with you. Even for someone rich like JFK, there are things more important than oil or the next dollar.
