Doc, we have two different things being addressed here.

1) A "Computer generated" Global Warming scenario that predicts a a shortage of Snow.

2) A "water shortage" in the Western USA due to an influx of people with no influx in the amount of water available.

The Computer generated Global Warming may or may not turn out to be true. These reports have been consistently wrong ever since they started projecting them. We just don't know enough about Weather to be accurate on it long term.

We have an enormous amount of water available in the Western USA. All we need. But we also have a Government that has been stopped from making it available where it is needed. For the last 40 years the Greens have stopped all water projects and tried to reverse the ones we have.
