Another trial balloon from Nokia? I doubt they have the right under Q license to cross license their tech (Ben?), but what are they after here? Pushing to get Q into what? However, by the time (if ever) Nokia can get this threat transformed to actuality, Q ought to be aggressively all over the GSM/WCDMA map. One more pebble dropped by the Finns. John
