And all Saddam is doing is buying time and playing shell games, as usual.

I don't see a shell game yet. I see and hear cooperation. Bush hears and projects shell games to serve his goals of war and oil control. The American people will suffer the price of terror for generations to come just as the Israeli have to hold on to some lousy land.
