The populace of the Roman Empire lived horrible lives as the economy of Italy collasped from the expense of Empire.
History has shown Empires reeks economic havoc at home.
Last place you want to invest is in a country that is determined to be an Empire, and all those thinking they are getting financial security in buying into the most powerful country are in for a brutal economic lesson.
Brief trip with or close to deflation, and then inflation will kick in.; and i say by at least 2012 the U.S.Dollar will have been officially devalued.
Once the Boomers start to retire U.S. won't have the money to even begin to pay for it(and neither will the Boomers), thus we will build a massive Federal Deficit and print money so fast inflation will explode.
