That sounds like the place that I owned in wisconsin. I had 5 acres with large oak and maple trees, apple and peach trees, a spring-fed stream, three kinds of raspberries, 4 kinds of grapes, rhubarb, wild asparagus and a 60x90 garden. Why did I sell it and move away? Oh yea, it was cold for 8 months out of the year. One stretch was 33 days without getting above zero for the high for the day. Now, I don't shut off my A/C for 8 months! Whatever.
