"The other part is other peoples' involvement in their own somethings, including Poet, and what their somethings are and whether they should also be called to account for their somethings."

If you were able to treat this/these as a separate issues, instead of entangling them as a part of your responsibility, all things would be resolvable. You know that the entanglement is a hopeless mess. That has been pointed out many times. Each of the the other "somethings" deserve fair and individual treatment.

For example: You have brought up Laz's inconsistent use of moderation on SMBR as an issue. Personally I don't think he should have ever let you post on SMBR. IMO that was a mistake that enabled you do shirk responsibility. SMBR was set up as an accommodation, for the need to have a separate place where you don't post. At any time where that need was no longer present we could all simply abandon SMBR and return to this thread (which happened naturally at one point). I am sure you, Laz, and others have differing perspectives about what occurred regarding SMBR and where there is "something" that deserves accountability. Personally, I do not see where any behavior related to SMBR rises to that level. However, if it does for other people it deserves to be treated as a distinct problem so that it can be given a fair chance at resolution (assuming that is a real motive).

It is my view that you are afraid of advancing any of this to resolution. In my opinion sponsoring hopeless entanglement is your motive and why you and you alone insist on all this entanglement. You mentioned that you are afraid of being a fall guy. You have already fallen and many have made efforts to help you get back on your feet. You seem comfortable with where you landed while claiming you want it to all go away. Sad but true.
