That zero interest until '05 isn't that big a deal. I assume you need to be making payments. With money markets pulling in 1% a year now, that 2.5 year deferment is only worth maybe 1 to 1.5% overall (considering the payments you would be making) -- I like to get stuff at least 30% off when I hit a sale, preferably 50-70% like at the Bon Marche last week. Even with completely deferred payments until '05, that would only be worth about 2 1/2%, and would likely mean that my warranty would expire and the product break before I even start to pay for it. So I'd have to go into debt to buy the replacement before I even started paying for the first one that's long gone.
