Showintel Networks and Channel M Reach Agreement

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Nov 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Showintel Networks, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: SWNW) and Channel M have reached an agreement, whereby
the companies intend to co-market in-theater advertising to their respective
theater chains. Upon approval from the theatre chains and meeting certain
conditions, Showintel will install its systems in the theaters represented by
Channel M (See description of Channel M). Showintel has secured purchase
order financing to finance the equipment needed for this expansion.
"I am very pleased having reached this agreement with Channel M. They have
a proven track record of out-of-home distribution for advertising and video
content, as well as, possessing national distribution. Showintel has developed
the media management system for digital delivery of video content with a focus
in movie theaters. It made perfect sense for Channel M and Showintel to work
together to create the largest out-of-home digital distribution network system
in America," stated David V. Lott, President of Showintel Networks.
Initial revenue to Showintel is expected to be approximately $560,000 per
month and an EBITA of approximately $400,000 per month or $0.24 per share for
the year.

Headquartered in Tennessee, Showintel Networks through its proprietary
technology is focused in providing movie theaters with enhanced revenue
streams by placing large plasma screens or digital projectors in their lobbies
that display upcoming movie trailers, advertisements, and other important
information. Through Showintel's technology these locations can be remotely
controlled and updated independently of any other location. Showintel
Networks also installs kiosks in the lobbies of movie theaters that allow
customers to earn bonus points towards free movie tickets and purchase
merchandise seen in the movies. The kiosks are also used for e-commerce
functions. Through the use of swipe cards, similar to those used by most
grocery store chains, Showintel Networks is able to collect a wide array of
valuable data for sale to the entertainment industry that allows it better
understand the demographics of those attending its movies and other events.
