Exactly how PCS will enforce this if the phone is used as a modem with a connection manager or whether they will extend the promotion is unclear. Did or didn't I tell you before that modem or not, it all look the same on the infra side? They have no clue of what's happening on the mobile side. The only possible way to control things as I can imagine is to do it through QoS, for instance with those 10$ users, you give them the lowest priority when scheduling the BW for them. However there is a problem here, you can't promise better QoS for those high paying customers either because their data service also need to give away to the voice users, which is hard to predict. It is funny to see those guys who are paying $100 for a service that they can get with $10. Everytime I used my Sprint Vision, I always abused it to the limit, downloading large files, doing all kind of speed test, all just for fun<ggg>
