Well, DJI joined in the party and broke out of a cup with handle pattern as well. I don't know about you, it's hard to be bearish when all of the major indices are doing their thing with a bullish pattern. I know all the talk about overbought, and too many bulls right now, etc. But the fact is, price and volume are the best indicators. And they are not flashing any bearish signs yet. If you want to trade this tape, it is not easy. Because after 2 plus years of getting hammer on rallies, there aren't many people willing to believe this is it (I am not saying it is). I call it the chicken little way to trade. Unless you are trading someone else's money, as the fund managers do, you are still going to be cautious. The big boys, in this case, fund managers are desperate to generate some performance. Just buy them high beta names, it's not my money anyway! So, unless you like to get seriously squeezed. Be careful with your shorts. none.

Not acting all that great here. We got a clear breakout in Nasdaq, but there are so many instances of bull trap in the past year, it's best not to get carried away. none.
