>>Skeeter, NFLI may have some upside potential but why do
you bet 40% of your money on such a speculation?<<

there was a time when 100% of my ira was in this company. i'm getting better :-)

the company is very creative with its marketing plan and has lots of upside potential. they increased revs 10% sequentially and added about $0.16 to the bottom line - sequentially. momentum is going their way - although i expect $0.03-$0.05 sequentially this q (but i'm open to positive surprises ;-). they already earned $0.55 last year before the litigation parade started.

this q nfli has 1. decided to invest over $1.5 m in a state of the art computer network, 2. invested a lot in an automated distribution system to double capacity, 3. opened up 2 new markets (ireland and the phillipines), and 4. doubled their dividend to $0.08/shares (about 1% annually).

this does not sound like a company that is going downhill to me. the bad news is out and behind them - now they can get to work!

in any case, i do not believe that the stock price will stay below $10 for the next 12 months and i'm willing to hold it if it doesn't get there quickly. when nfli hits $10 then i'll already be up 50% on the warrants.

even though the reasoning is crappy, i've doubled my ira account in the last 4 months so now i'm putting 80% of the 4 month profits on the table. crappy reasoning but it helps me sleep at night ;-)

good luck to me ;-)
