I'll have to look that one up.
I have always believed there are innovators and managers. They rarely overlap. The two should be kept apart. They have different ideals and motivations.

I don't know of many people who could do both. (Don't say Bill Gates, copying your competitors isn't innovating...though I am awed by his power to manage change).
