isopatch, For starters note in the field of oil & gas that the BOE price for acquisition of proven reserves has fallen to $6.06 BOE, the lowest it has been in for a long while.

What that suggests to me is that E&P companies with reasonable debt and reserves should do well in the next up cycle.

Remember though that terrorism acts as a brake upon world growth to a certain degree, unlike a traditional style of war....
